Helping hand

I figured I had some time to kill while the digital spider was in training, so I toyed with this robotic arm.  The actuators are repurposed bicycle wires, and the rest is Meccano.

I don’t recommend this design.  It’s far to heavy, and has no precision.  Bicycle wires have some internal ‘give’, so your error margin will be pretty high for something that feels like it should be precise. It was mostly just for fun.
